Bouncy Castle and inflatable hire FAQs
1. How do I book?
We have a couple of options when you wish to make a booking. We have a fantastic online booking system provided to us by the Bouncy Castle Network. You can simply search our items for hire, check its availability and click on the book now button to be taken through to the booking system. It couldn't be simpler! You can also contact Richard on 07740 334268 or 02380 000 423 if you want to go through your booking in a little more detail or if you are interested in a larger multi unit deal.
2. How much notice do I need to give for a booking?
You can book anytime however we are not always available to answer should you leave things to the last minute. Ideally bookings will be processed before 3pm on a friday if you are wishing to have your inflatables for the weekend as our storage closes at 5pm. We do where possible leave a selection of items in our garage for those last minute panic hires....
3. What do the prices include?
All bouncy castle booking prices include local delivery, a small charge may need to be charged for out of area deliveries, (please Contact Us for delivery rates). You will also receive everything needed to inflate the castle, which will be carried out by us at no extra charge. This includes a blower, extension cable, mats, set up, inflation and collection. No Hidden Extra’s.
4. When are your bouncy castles available?
Our castles are available 7 days a week all year round including Bank Holidays.
5. How long do I get the equipment for?
Most parties are in the afternoon and so we will deliver and set up your castle between 8:00am and 8:00pm, we will then come and take the castle away after your party has finished usually from 6 pm onwards although collection & drop off times can be arranged to suit . Overnight Hire & Late collection is available.
6. Do you hire overnight?
Yes, overnight hire is fine we charge an extra £30, simply mention it to us when ordering.
7. How do I pay?
We'll need a 50% deposit to secure your booking which can be paid over the phone or by making a BACS transfer. We also accept cheque payments but they will need to be received in sufficient time for funds to clear before the booking date.
8. What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel at anytime but please allow at least 3 hours before we are due to arrive (once arrived full payment is required)
9. What if it rains?
We have a unique rain policy in that if you are brave enough to have it then were brave enough to deliver it as who are we to cancel your party!! However it is advised that castles are switched off in adverse & wet conditions due to safety reasons as described in our health & safety section.
